Italian Food
Italy divided into north and south part because there are different climate. And so there are two diffenert types of food. In the north part of Italy, the people use dairy to make dishes usually. They use simple seasoning but the taste is rich. In the south part of Italy, they use many kinds of seasoning such as cayenne pepper and ketchup so that the taste is special and rich.

Winky, you're writing is clear, and easy to read, thankfully. I never knew the differences between the North and the South, but now I do!
By the way, how does something taste "special?" Doesn't northern food taste "special" too?
